THE SHOP YOHJI YAMAMOTO offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and intimate apparel may be final sale and ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal return authorization request.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the provided prepaid return label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off the package at an authorized courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection.
